1960s Heuer Pre-Carrera Chronograph Ref. 3641


The Heuer Ref. 3641 was released to the market in the 1962, so called Pre-Carrera Chronograph.

The present example from circa 1962 belongs to an early example of the 1st series Ref. 3641 featuring baton hands, one of the 3rd generation distinctive elements. The Ref. 3641 houses the caliber Valjoux 92, featuring 17 jewels, 18000 A/h and 39h of power reserve and the 1st gen. and the "big eyes" dial gives to the chronograph a strong character and classy appearence.

Encased in a 35mm diameter case with a smooth bezel, the silvered dial with triangle nicely aged lume indexes further enhances the vintage appeal of the present timepiece.
