BRANDS
The 1960s was a very productive time for the Hamilton brand, expecially for the chronographs.
To our best knowledge these Hamilton chronographs were actually made by Heuer and branded Hamilton on the dial, cases and movements. These Hamilton chronographs were affordable and on the line of the Heuer Carrera design at the time, attracted many watch collectors.
Ref. 7723 was produced also in “Panda” dial configuration but even more rare it’s this silver dial, featuring two registers and a tachymeter scale as well as a unique patina. The reference 7723 houses the caliber Valjoux 7730 while the outside showcases a classic sized 36mm stainless steel case with screwdown caseback. The case and the dial are superbly preserved.
This is a very rare piece that would fit a Hamilton collection as well as any chronograph collection.
