IWC - Cal. 83 A Very Fine, Rare and Early Stainless Steel Wristwatch with Calatrava Case

Launched in 1931 with a batch of 600 manual calibre 83 movements, the IWC Cal. 83 model is considered by many as being the most fine-looking dress watch of all time. According to its Serial Number, this watch was produced between 1935 and 1938. With Calatrava case, its shape and proportions are known to be the best for a dress watch. 

The Calatrava stainless steel case remains in extremely nice original condition with minor scratches and the dial features a unique patina. The present wristwatch can without a doubt be considered one of the gems of our Dress Watch Selection
